Returns & Replacements offers a repayment period of 14 calendar days from the reception date and allows you to return the products you want if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You can request a refund or replacement for:

  • - Damages during shipment
  • - Incorrect product
  • - Product in poor condition

In all cases, simply contact us via Customer Service, please indicate the impact you want to communicate and if you want to replace the product or refund the amount; in 24/48h we’ll pick up the products you want to return and will arrange the replacement or refund.

If you decide to return the full purchase, we’ll refund all the amount, including the transport costs, so not incur any costs for you. If you prefer to replace the product instead, you will not charge any additional amount for transportation, you will receive a new item at no cost for you.
